I was having trouble getting contractors to come to give me an estimate for my garage roof. I found their ad in the Value Pack that comes in the mail. So I figured I would give it a try. I had a response very quickly and they set up an appointment and they were here on time and very friendly and professional. They kept in touch every step of the way. Their customer service is beyond outstanding it is the epitome of what customer service should be. I lost my father during the process and they were so compassionate and understanding. Some of my siding was pulling away from a shore house on the beach. Hurricane Ida was two days away - and I called Joan to see if there was any availability. I have rarely seen such tremendous responsiveness - Joan was professional, caring and fast. That day she assessed the job herself and was able to get technicians to the house later that day. The techs also took photos of the roof (and confirmed that it was in good shape) and the chimney. Awesome service, great people and incredibly caring. I had a terrific experience.

We recently did some renovations on our home in ocean city. Having eliminated three windows while creating our new space we faced difficulty finding someone to put new siding on the newly closed windows. Many calls were made and some never showed, all said they wouldn't be able to match the original color and style. J & M Elite did an excellent job! Everything matches very well. Huge thanks to Joni and Mark repairing the siding of my house that got taken down by a big wind storm. My job wasn't big by any means and they made sure to get me an estimate very quickly. Joni was very responsive in regards to timing of the repair and showed up when they said they would. Mark did an incredible job with the repair and even took extra time to secure it to the max to help avoid it happening again. I would recommend them to anyone in south jersey who needs repairs or replacements!!
